Excellent experience! Dr. Shah answered all of my questions and also made me feel so relaxed talking to her. It felt like talking to a friend. Paloma was very communicative, easy to track, and was extremely generous in providing sufficient supplies (plus bonus goodies!) with the kit. I appreciated the thoughtfulness in including extra lancets - which I ended up needing! - and extra bandages and wipes. It really felt like Paloma cared more than a traditional doctor. My only con was that I found it slightly difficult to get my blood to drip in just the right spots on the card.
