Excellent experience! Dr. Shah answered all of my questions and also made me feel so relaxed talking to her. It felt like talking to a friend. She really wants you to feel comfortable in the treatment plan, and allows you to input how you feel about the plan. You won’t find many doctors like this. Highly recommend!! Can’t wait for my follow-up visit!

Paloma was very communicative, easy to track, and was extremely generous in providing sufficient supplies (plus bonus goodies!) with the kit. I appreciated the thoughtfulness in including extra lancets - which I ended up needing! - and extra bandages and wipes. It really felt like Paloma cared more than a traditional doctor. My only con was that I found it slightly difficult to get my blood to drip in just the right spots on the card.

I LOVE Paloma and their A+ customer service! Their tests are the same accuracy as the test at my Drs office for a fraction of the cost.
